Introduction
These Terms of Service set out the conditions regarding the use of the LnkGo platform ("Service") operated by Formist Teknoloji A.Ş. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
LnkGo is a link management platform that enables users to create short links, manage them, generate QR codes, and track link click statistics.
Account Responsibility
You need to create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must contact us immediately if you notice unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
When using LnkGo, you must comply with the following rules:
- Act in accordance with laws and regulations
- Respect the rights of others
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the security of your account
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory content
- Links containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Phishing or fraud links
- Content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
- Spam or bulk unsolicited message distribution
- Attempts to compromise the security of the platform
- Abuse of the service through automation tools or bots
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the LnkGo platform belong to Formist Teknoloji A.Ş. The software, design, logo, brand, and content on the platform are protected by copyright. Users only have rights over the links and content they create.
Limitation of Liability
LnkGo provides the service "as is". No guarantee is given that the service will operate without interruption or error.
Formist Teknoloji A.Ş. is not responsible for the content of links created by users. The user who creates the link is responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the link destinations.
The liability of Formist Teknoloji A.Ş. for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Service Changes
Formist Teknoloji A.Ş. reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the LnkGo service with or without prior notice. Users will be notified of significant changes.
Account Suspension and Deletion
Accounts that violate the terms of service may be suspended or deleted without prior notice.
Users can deactivate their accounts through profile settings.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes.
